The third foundation indicates that the corporate social responsibility should be<br />

analyzed as a whole in the organization, from the leadership aspects, which are<br />

influenced by the individual and the organizational values, including all the<br />

organization chain, and even the results. These results should reflect the strategies<br />

defined by the leadership on each level <strong>of</strong> responsibility <strong>of</strong> the organization.<br />

Model Specifications<br />

The structure <strong>of</strong> the model <strong>of</strong> sustainable excellence is defined through these three<br />

foundations. The model aims to evaluate the economic, social and environmental<br />

excellence <strong>of</strong> the organization administration as an integrated set, considering the<br />

relationship <strong>of</strong> the organization with society, with the products and services <strong>of</strong>fered,<br />

and with the stakeholders.<br />

This evaluation should consider the different aspects that have been part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

organization (leadership, strategies, processes, people and results) and their<br />

responsible relations in their different operational levels.
