Impacts <strong>of</strong> direct and indirect land-use changes on social well-being promotion are<br />

indeterminate but must be evaluated for each bioenergy route retained, especially<br />

for routes which include biomass importations from developing countries.<br />

The impacts <strong>of</strong> direct and indirect land-use changes on working conditions (wages,<br />

security, legal age…) can be treated as part <strong>of</strong> local well-being and can be introduced<br />

here.<br />

Global qualitative model<br />

Figure 13 gathers all relations described in previous sub-sections and underlines the<br />

causal links sustainability criteria can have on each other. This figure is our global<br />

qualitative model.<br />
