Y. Fu berichtet (S. 24): "Through the optical cable to
carry on the whole world corresponding experiment,
may prove that the speed of light is not a constant relative
to the optical cable or the star reference system of
the earth's core. The signal surrounds the Earth one
circle along the reverse direction, the difference of
utilized times may be 400ns, it cannot be surveyed with
the precision instrument. Also unifying the space-time
reference system and the clock to carry on the thorough
analyses, will discover that in the reference system in
space-time continuous section, the speed of light invariability
and the space-time continuity are mutually
contradictory. Thus the speed of light invariability is
untenable may be proved from the two aspects of experiment
and theory."

Frau Lopez erinnert an den "Offenen Brief" von G. O.
Mueller v. 28. Oktober 2005 an alle Bundestagabgeordneten
und ihre eigene Nachfrage v. 27.8.06 sowie an
den "Offenen Brief" von G. O. Mueller v. 21.9.06 und
bittet um eine gewissenhafte Prüfung der vorgetragenen
Tatbestände und eine Antwort in der Sache. Sie
verweist auf die Diskussionen in zwei Internetforen, in
denen ein allgemeines Interesse an den aufgeworfenen
Fragen zum Ausdruck kommt.

Auf ihre Email-Nachfrage an die Bundestagsabgeordneten
(s. o.) vom Juli 2006 hat Jocelyne Lopez von der
Abgeordneten und Bundesministerin Dr. A. Schavan
eine Antwort erhalten, mit der Frau Schavan einen
Mitarbeiter ihres Ministeriums, Herrn Prof. Dr. Jürgen
Richter beauftragt hatte.
Frau Lopez dankt der Ministerin für die Antwort
von Prof. Richter, bemängelt jedoch das Ausbleiben
von Antworten auf zwei wichtige Punkte: (1) Die von
Prof. Richter empfohlene "Diskussion unter Experten"
wird durch den dokumentierten Ausschluß der Kritiker
aus der theoretischen Physik verhindert, wozu Prof.
Richter nicht Stellung nimmt. (2) Prof. Richters Fest-
