Auf eine Anfrage von Frau J. Lopez v. 7.5.07 hat das
BMBF durch Prof. Jürgen Richter in einer Email v.
9.5.07 an Frau Lopez mitgeteilt:
"Die Beurteilung von Ergebnissen der wissenschaftlichen
Forschung obliegt den Fachleuten und entsprechenden
wissenschaftlichen Institutionen. Im Falle der
Relativitätstheorie wäre dies z. B. das Max-Planck-
Institut für Gravitationsphysik / Einstein-lnstitut in
Potsdam-Golm." � Die Mitteilung des Ministeriums
(Prof. Richter v. 9. Mai 2007) stellt einen Wendepunkt
der offiziellen Politik gegenüber den Relativitätskritikern
dar. - Erstmals nimmt in der Bundesrepublik die
Politik überhaupt Kenntnis von der Existenz der Kritiker:
dies zu verhindern war seit 1922 oberstes Ziel der
akademischen Physik und ist nach 85 Jahren offiziell
endlich gescheitert. - Ebenfalls erstmals benennt die
Politik ein wissenschaftliches Institut, an das sich die
Kritiker mit ihren kritischen Fragen wenden können,
und das durch den ministeriellen Bescheid an Frau
Lopez zur Beantwortung der kritischen Fragen bestellt
wird. - Der "Offene Brief" des GOM-Projekts an die
614 Bundestagsabgeordneten vom 28. Oktober 2005
hat durch
- die Nachfrage von Frau Lopez mit 614 Emails an die
Abgeordneten v. 21.7.06,
- die Eingangsbestätigung und Antwort des Ministeriums
v. 14.8.06,
- die Eingangsbestätigung von Frau Lopez, mit Bitte
um Beantwortung der offenen Fragen, v. 27.8.06,
- den "Offenen Brief" des GOM-Projekts an die Ministerin

- die erneute Nachfrage von Frau Lopez per Email v.
23.12.06 und
- die erneute Nachfrage von Frau Lopez per Email v.

nach eineinhalb Jahren das ministerielle Schreiben vom
9. Mai 2007 zur Folge gehabt, mit dem ein neuer Abschnitt
in der Geschichte der Relativitätskritik eröffnet
worden ist. Seither hat das vom Ministerium benannte
Institut auf mehrere Anfragen der Kritiker zu den Relativitätstheorien
Auskunft gegeben.

"1.0 Introduction - This paper presents a refutation of
Einstein's special theory of relativity by a new mathematical
method and uses this result to derive a new
theory which eliminates the inconsistency of Einstein
relativity. The method relies on a procedure called
evaluation which is essentially the same as used in the
evaluation of an equation given a specified condition of
evaluation. A crude and poorly defined nonrigorous
method of evaluation was used by Einstein in his fundamental
papers to determine the "physical meaning"
of the Lorentz transforms "in respect to moving rigid
bodies and moving clocks". In this paper, the method
of evaluation is rigorously applied to the same problem.
The results obtained from the new approach to the
evaluation of the Lorentz transforms are used to prove
that the traditional solutions are inconsistent and
contradictory.
Using the new method, it is demonstrated that the
problem in Einstein relativity can be eliminated by a
different mathematical interpretation, in which different
inverse Lorentz transformations are derived that do
not exhibit the paradoxes inconsistencies and contradictions
of Einstein relativity. In the new theory, Einstein's
light velocity postulate is shown to be incorrect,
and it is replaced with a different postulate that makes
light velocity a constant but with different scales of
measure. The new system is consistent with the postulate
that the laws of physics, mechanics and electrodynamics,
take the same form when transformed by the new Lorentz
transformation equations. This is demonstrated
by the fact that in the new theory, the Galilean transformation
law remains valid, while in Einstein relativity it
is invalid, a result which contradicts the postulate that
the laws of mechanics keep the same form.
2.0 Background - In 1962 the late Herbert Dingle
published his first refutation of Einstein's special theory
of relativity. Many years later, he published a book
titled "Science At The Crossroads" which presents
clearly why the special theory is untenable. The significance
of Dingle's results have been obscured by polemics
launched by opponents who have obscured the
issues and asserted without a really good proof that
Dingle's refutation is incorrect. However, these claims
have never addressed the fundamental inconsistencies
at the heart of the theory. Dingle's refutation stands,
although few scientists are aware of its existence.
This paper is the result of a analysis undertaken to
study and understand the debate. It depends upon a new
approach to demonstrating the inconsistencies and
contradictions in the special theory of relativity. At the
