"Outcome: Smoot and COBE have established anisotropy<br />

in the CMB microwave background. The solar<br />

system was found to move through CMB at a speed of<br />

370 km/sec towards coordinates near Tau Leonis. Earth<br />

travels within the solar system at 30 km/sec on its orbit<br />

around sun. For a few days around both 4th of February<br />

and 20th of April(exactly 5 weeks before and after the<br />

opposition's constellation of Tau Leonis), a laser beam<br />

directed through a prism has shown slight shifts detected<br />

appraisal whether or not the theory of relativity is correct,<br />

is using Einstein's another great theory - quantum theory<br />

of photoelectric effect to examine whether or not it is<br />

compatible with the theory of relativity. However,<br />

through the mass-energy relation can determine the<br />

photons do not have the energy, but through the quantum<br />

theory of photoelectric effect can determine the photons<br />

actually have the energy. Therefore, firstly, the photons<br />

without rest mass and the theory of photoelectric effect<br />

are contradictory. Secondly, the photons with rest mass<br />

and the theory of relativity are contradictory. Thirdly,<br />

the photons with different frequencies have the different<br />

masses. Fourthly, Eddington's matter conservation<br />

view explains the photons have the mass. Therefore,<br />

the theory of relativity is the fallacy without doubt."<br />
