synchronous. This conclusion was necessary as it forms
the basis of the theory of relativity upon which all subsequent
formulas depend. But this statement contradicts
the evidence of the above experiments and definitions
wherein time is synchronous. The speed of light was
not used in our derivations regarding the definition of
synchronism of time. Which approach is right? What
tool should be used to account for the derivation of
synchronism? For example, we used for this purpose
the concept of distance - a concept on which the
definition of a coordinate system is based, whereas
Einstein uses a derivative of distance, - time. (...)
As we see, the formulas in equations (5) have nothing
in common with those of (4). In them, there is no
hint of a divergence of time in points A and B with the

movement of a rod in space. Then what is shown by the
equations of (4)? In these, there is no synchronization
of time between two moving points. This cannot be
accomplished without changing the rules determining
the position in space of one of the points. Since we consider
time based on the parameters of the motion of
points in space any change will result in a change of the
parameters of time. (...)
Thus, an analysis of the preconditions has shown an
inconsistency in relativity theory. (...)
Obviously here, as in the other case, the expression
makes sense only at v = 0, from which we can deduce
that the formulas of the theory of relativity derived
from the expressions, (V - v) and (V + v) are incorrect.
Since the theory of relativity is based on these expressions,
all mathematical derivations are incorrect.
Any assumtion that Einstein is correct lies in the
area of philosophy and not in mathematics. If experiment
shows that the formulas are correct, it can only mean
that the answer was derived using incorrect preconditions,
which on an operational basis will result in a
divergence between the theory and practice and engender
insoluble contradictions."
