"Conclusion. - From this progression of seven<br />

observations, one can only arrive at the following seven<br />

conclusions:<br />

1. Einstein's physical model for his special theory<br />

of relativity must be abandoned in favour of that of<br />

Lorentz.<br />

2. Lorentz's physical model must similarly be abandoned<br />

because of its outmoded field features from standpoints<br />

of magnetospheric physics.<br />

3. The Einstein-Lorentz transformation must then<br />

be abandoned also because of these errors in points of<br />

physical model.<br />

4. With abandonment of the Lorentz transformation,<br />

velocity-dependent phenomena such as those in elementary-particle<br />

physics enter the province of mere rate<br />

equations: [Gleichungen].<br />

5. All (1 - v²/c²)^-1/2 relationships in general become<br />

interpreted merely as asymptotic cosine or sec [theta]<br />

functions, identical with the linear equations for subsonic<br />

aerodynamics and hydrodynamics, and unrelated<br />

except fortuitously to this same factor in the Lorentz-<br />

Einstein transformation.<br />

6. No alteration at all attends the mass-energy equivalence<br />

E = mc² .<br />

7. A physical model is new at hand, long known to<br />

geophysics but completely novel to relativistic physics,<br />

in which space is structured in terms of the phenomenology<br />

of electrodynamics, and which not only permits<br />

experimental confirmation, but promises an entirely<br />

new navigational approach to astronautic odometry -<br />

measuring of one's position in celestial reaches of socalled<br />

"empty" space."<br />

following several aspects:<br />

(1) The ether (or vacuum). Einstein's spatial concept<br />

characteristic is: denying the existence of ether, at least<br />

does not advocate the introduction of ether. But, the<br />

modern physics had proven "the vacuum is not empty".<br />

Only has changed a noun, called the ether as the vacuum.<br />

Since the ether (or vacuum) is one kind of objective<br />

matter as the background field, the mutual function<br />

between ether and moving body should be a research<br />

topic. The relativity's foundation should be reviewed<br />

again.<br />

(2) The time definition in physics. In App Physics,<br />

many kinds of time definitions has already adopted, for<br />

example, local solar time, Greenwich time, chronometer<br />

time and so on, in the special theory of relativity, Einstein<br />

supposed the one-way speed of light to be invariable,<br />

from this has only defined the physics time, this<br />
