The duties of the CO/OIC are as follows:<br />

(01) Monitor the seamanship proficiency and training of all assigned boat<br />

crewmembers, and ensure that personnel assigned to operational<br />

duties meet all appropriate recurrent training requirements.<br />

The duties of the OOD are as follows:<br />

(01) Ensure a boat brief and ORM are conducted before and after each<br />

mission.<br />

(02) Ensure the safe launch and recovery of the Cutter’s boats.<br />

(03) Establish and monitor communications with boat crew.<br />
