Information
Every crewmember must be certified in the E-Training System by the
unit Commander. The CO/OIC (except Cutter CO/OIC) must be
certified in the E-Training System by the Operational Commander or
designated Sector Department Head (this cannot be delegated lower than
the Department Head).
