Chapter 3 –Readiness and Standardization Team Assessments<br />

B.5. Reports<br />

The Standardization Team will publish the following formal reports:<br />

(01)<br />

Readiness and Standardization Assessment Report.<br />

(02) STAN Team Assessment Analysis Report detailing the results of<br />

the fiscal year.<br />

Report<br />

Within 30 days of an assessment visit, the STAN Team will provide a<br />

formal report to Commandant (CG-731). Within 45 days of an<br />

assessment visit, the STAN Team will provide a formal report to the unit,<br />

O perational Commander, and District Commander. The report will<br />

assign an assessment rating based on final score:<br />

(01) 33 points or more = Ready for Operations.<br />

(02) < 33 points = Not Ready for Operations.<br />

The report will address the following specific categories:<br />

(01) Whether the unit is effectively executing the boat crew training<br />

program.<br />

(02) Written test results showing the percentage of correct answers<br />

overall by subject and comparison to service wide averages.<br />

(03) Training program evaluation.<br />

(04) Command Cadre underway hours and certification.<br />

(05) Boat crew proficiency and adherence to standard operating<br />

procedures.<br />

(06) Underway drill results.<br />

(07) Whether the standard boats evaluated were “Bravo” or “Charlie”<br />

as explained in Part 5, Chapter 4, Materiel Inspections. If the<br />

boat is found “Charlie”, specific reasons supporting this<br />

determination will be provided.<br />

(09) Deficiencies and incorrect TCTOs that were noted but remain<br />

(11) Last Operational Commander RFO.<br />
