Readiness and Standardization Team Assessments
Introduction
In this chapter
The Readiness and Standardization Program is made up of multiple steps
in a continuous cycle. The largest portion of this cycle rests with the
operational and unit Commanders as discussed in the previous Chapters.
To complete the cycle and ensure fleet-wide boat readiness and
configuration management, the STAN Team conducts assessment visits.
