ELAZIĞ İL MERKEZİNDEKİ SPOR TESİSLERİNİN
KULLANIM ETKİNLİĞİ

Araştırmada, Elazığ il merkezindeki spor tesislerinin tamamı olan, Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğüne ait
5, Ortaöğretim kurumlarına ait 10, Kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına ait 9 ve Özel sektöre ait 12 spor tesisi çalışma
kapsamına alınmıştır.
Spor tesislerinde incelemede bulunularak, araştırmada önceden hazırlanmış olan anket formu, spor
tesislerinde görev alan yönetici ve eğitimci olan kişilere yüz yüze yapılan mülakat ile uygulanmıştır. Anket
değerlemesi sonucunda elde edilen veriler, temel istatistik işlemlerinden yararlanılarak tablolar halinde
sunulmuştur.
Elazığ il merkezindeki spor tesislerinin %13.8’i Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğünde, %27.7’si
Ortaöğretim kurumlarında, %25’i Kamu Kurum ve Kuruluşlarında ve %33.3’ü özel sektörde yer aldığı ve spor
tesislerinin günde 418 saat, ortalama olarak ta 11.6 saat hizmete açık olduğu görülmüştür. Tesislerin çeşitlilik
açısından yetersiz olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Araştırmada yöneticiler, spor tesislerinin mesai saatleri dışında kapalı
tutulmasının başlıca sebebini talep olmayışı olarak ifade etmiştir.
Sonuç olarak, Elazığ il merkezindeki spor tesislerinin spor işletmeciliği anlayışından uzak bir tarzda
yönetilmesi, spor tesislerinin tamamının halka açık olmaması tesislerden beklenen yararın düşük seviyede
kalmasına sebep olmuştur.
USING EFFICIENCY OF SPORT PLANTS IN ELAZIG CITY CENTER
ABSTRACT
In this study whole of the sport plants of Elazığ city center (5 of them belongs to Youth & Sports City
Directorate, 10 of them belongs to intermediate education associations, 9 of them belongs to public associations
and 12 of them belongs to special sector ) was covered.
By examining the sport plants, the questionnaire which prepared before inquiry, it was applied by using
face to face interview to administrators and educators working in sport plants. Data’s after evaluating
questionnaires gave with benefit from basic statistical processes.
Sport plants which are in Elazığ city center % 13.8 of them in Youth & Sports Directorate, % 27.7 of
them in intermediate education associations, % 25 of them in public associations and % 33 of them in special
sector and they are at service average 11.6 hours a day. Sport plants found inefficient about variety. In this
inquiry administrators told the main clause of closing sport plants out working hours is no request for them.
As a result administrating the sport plants in Elazığ city centre far away from sport administration and
not to be open the sport plants to people caused to be lack of efficiency expecting from sport plants.
