Thirteen healthy trained tennis players and thirteen sedanteries were tested bilaterally
on a Cybex II series isokinetic dynamometer at 60, 180 and 240 degrees/sec for concentric
internal and external rotation of the glenohumeral joint with the arm in 90 degrees of
abduction and with the elbow in flexion. A standardized protocol and testing guidelines were
strictly followed.
