Results:<br />

Comparison between physical identification two groups showed that there is not any different in them<br />

Comparison between distance and technique in the pretest of two groups indicated that there is no significant<br />

different on them. Comparison distance swimming between pretest-posttest pf each group (control and<br />

experimental) indicated that 16 weeks taught with two sessions per week had different between pretest and<br />

posttest. Comparison technique swimming between pretest-posttest of each group (control and experimental)<br />

indicated that significant different between pretest and posttest. Comparison between distance two groups<br />

indicated that there is significant different in the two groups and the experimental group had the better<br />

qualification in distance from the other one that can effect of mental training on teaching. Comparison between<br />

technique two groups showed that there is significant different in the two groups and experimental group had<br />

the better qualification in technique from the other one, that can effect mental training on teaching.<br />

Conclusion:<br />

These results showed that mental training with practical training, together, have more effectiveness than just<br />

practical training.<br />

This reason can caused improve motivation of students for learning and better performance.
