Die folgende Tabelle fasst die durchgeführten Verbesserungen der THG-Emissionsberichterstattung
aufgrund der Hinweise und Anmerkungen des ERT aus den zurückliegenden
Überprüfungen unter der Klimarahmenkonvention und der Initialen Überprüfung unter dem
Kyoto Protokoll zusammen. Die Tabelle nennt nur Aspekte, die nicht bereits während der
Überprüfung gelöst wurden.

ERT encourages Germany to
provide , in its next submission,
estimates for all categories reported
as „NE―
ERT recommends to continue the
implementation of the QA/QC plan,
in particular (where feasible and
appropriate) the establishment of
regular and systematic external peer
reviews including QA/|QC activities
undertaken by agencies outside the
UBA
The ERT noted the Party‘s planned
improvements in the estimation of
emissions from non energy use of
feedstock in the industrial processes
sector. This is expected to lead to
greater insight into how many fossil
fuel industrial processes are
included in the national energy
balance under non-energy related
consumption. The ERT recommends
that Germany pursue such
improvements.
ERT recommends that Germany
avoid the discrepancies in the trend
of production and emissions from
combustion in iron and steel
ERT recommends that Germany use
the activity data available from BGS
statistics to estimate the
consumption of blast furnace gas,
estimate emissions from blast
furnace gas using the fuel
consumption and the CS EF for CO2
and N2O and report these in the
relevant categories in line with the
Revised 1996 IPCC GL and the
IPCC GPG.
The ERT recommends that Germany
investigate the decrease in fuel use
and recalculate emissions if
appropriate.
ERT recommends thatGermany
estimate fuel consumption for deep
sea fishing and estimate emissions
of CO2, CH4, N2O by using the EF
for international marine bunkers.
With the 2011 submission category
coverage were further improved.
Misused notation key were
corrected.
Germany conducted a peer review
workshop on N2O emissions from
product use, emissions from nonenergy
use and SF6 emissions from
photovoltaic in 2009. For 2011 a
further peer review workshop on
agriculture and LULUCF is planned.
Germany pursue a comparison
between the German energy
balance and non energy use
emissions of industrial processes
since the submission 2010
Germany eliminated the
discrepancies in the trend of this
source category due to changes in
the methodology.
With the submission 2011 Germany
uses the AD from the from the iron
and steel statistics of the German
Statistical Office.
Germany provided for the
resubmission 2010 new
consumption estimates based on
extrapolation of freight transport
volumes from 2007 onwards. The
correction of the energy balance is
pending.
Germany provided for the
resubmission 2010 a first set of
consumption estimates based on
fleet size and installed engine power.
