11.6.1 Hauptkategorienanalyse für Aktivitäten nach Artikel 3.3 und die
gewählten Aktivitäten nach Artikel 3.4
Die Hauptkategorienanalyse wurde im Zusammenhang mit der Analyse für das UNFCCC-
Inventar auch für die Aktivitäten nach Artikel 3.3 und die gewählten Aktivitäten nach Artikel
3.4 durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind in tabellarischer Form im Kapitel 1.5.2 dieses Berichts
zusammengestellt. Die angewendeten Verfahren, Grundlagen und Methoden hierfür sind
ausführlich im Kapitel 17.1.4 beschrieben.
11.7 Informationen zu Artikel 6 (JI- & CDM-Projekte / Management der
ERU)
Dieses Kapitel wird erst zur UNFCCC-Submission am 15.04.2012 abschließend bearbeitet.
In Deutschland können gemäß Paragraph 5, Absatz 1, Satz 1 des Projekt-Mechanismen-
Gesetzes (ProMechG) keine Projekte im Bereich LULUCF genehmigt werden, die in
Deutschland stattfinden sollen.

12.1 Background information
According to the legal requirement the Standard Electronic Format (SEF) can be found in the
Annex 6 to this submission. The SEF has been generated with the SEF application version
1.2, provided by the secretariat at 9 th of January 2009. The German registry was tested for
the generation of the SEF by the UNFCCC. The secretariat awarded a SEF test certificate of
conformity to the German registry, dated 2 nd January 2009.
In addition a list of all issuance transactions of CER from the CDM registry into the national
German registry is included in the Annex 6.
12.2 Summary of information reported in the SEF tables
The year 2009 showed a much higher level of transactions as the starting year of the
commitment period. Transactions with most European countries within the European
Emissions Trading Scheme took place. In addition, Kyoto units have been transferred to non-
European countries as well. In 2009 Germany converted ERUs for the first time. Two JI
projects (track 1) have produced CO 2 offsets and the corresponding amount of 143,492
AAUs were converted into ERUs. Another figure is remarkable. Nearly 200,000 CERs were
voluntary cancelled for compensation. The German Federal Government cancelled more
than 96,000 CERs for compensation of official trips. The other part of the voluntary cancelled
CERs came from companies, private individuals and NGOs.
