Assuming effective management of Project-related impacts over the Project<br />

life-cycle, impacts to cultural institutions associated with decommissioning are<br />

expected to be insignificant.<br />

Table 7.24 provides a summary of the significant impacts likely to arise during<br />

construction, operation and decommissioning prior to the implementation of<br />

7.13.1 <strong>Impact</strong> Description and Significance: Construction<br />

<strong>Impact</strong> Description<br />

The proposed Project is a staged development involving a construction phase<br />

of 24 to 36 months. The Project is expected to require a direct workforce of<br />

approximately 500 during this phase; this workforce will be primarily<br />

recruited via contractors and will include both skilled and unskilled roles,<br />

most of which will be temporary.<br />
