Contractors to respond to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the New Firestone Store PIN #163571 located
at 575 Vance Street & West Center Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226
BSRO is inviting your company to submit a bid proposal for the New Firestone Store.
Your company has been identified as a potential General Contractor based upon your reputation for
competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC is seeking a General Contractor(s) who can meet its stringent cost,
quality and service requirements. Should you decide to participate in the bid process, you must
acknowledge the receipt and intent to bid via e-mail to Forrest Wells by 3:00 pm CDT on 9/13/2012.
