This letter confirms that the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction attached hereto
(the "Terms") dated ; apply to all proposals issued to Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC. by
Contractor whether by telephone, hard copy, electronically or otherwise.
Receipt of this confirmation is required before Contractor will be authorized to do business from
BSRO.
Please have the chairman, president or a vice president of Contractor confirm that the Terms
apply to all BSRO orders issued to BSRO by signing and faxing this letter (with no changes of
any kind) to Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC, no later than
Retain a copy for your files. This letter must be signed by the company, to be paid by
Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC.
