him from his Troubles, and accordingly taking a Gen-
tleman in the Neighbourhood along with him, he went
for Worcefter.
At their Arrival thsre they found Mr. John Hayes
in the Hands of the Officers, who infilled upon the de-
taining him for her Majefty's Service, but his Father,
and the Gentleman he brought vi'ith him by his Autho-
rity, foon made thim fenfible of their Error, and in-
liead of making a Benefit of him, as they propos'd,
