a Stone in the middle, and Diamond on each Side, and
two Angels holding a Crown, a Gold Ring fet with
Diamonds, a Gold Ring fet with a Stone, and four
Diamonds, two Gold Rings with Pofies, a Wig, fix
Handkerchiefs, four Shirts, a Velvet Hat, two Piftols,
a piece of Gold with a Hole in it, 37 Guineas, and
10/. in Silver, which they took away with them; as
alfo Shirts, Stockings, and divers other forts of Goods;
but here as they had done before, they cheated one
another, for excepting the Goods, they only divided
9/. is. 6 d. amongtt them, the Guineas were fecreted
by him that had lain Hands on them from the reft of
his Companions. They fpent about an Hour and half
in plundering and rifling the Houfe, whilft Gregory
flood Centry over old Mrs. Francis, her Daughter and
Maid, and Bujh and Turpin over Mr. Francis, and the
two Men Servants in the Stable; when they had
pack'd up the Plunder, they threat'ned the Family that
if they made any Out-cry, they would come back and
murder them, and then marched off with what they
had got.
They had alfo formed a Defign to rob the Houfe of
Juftice Jfier near Leigh in Bjfex, upon the Information
of the Woman who kept Company with Rofe, and
with that Defign met at a Publick Houfe near Leigh,
and in the Evening went to put their Defign in Exe-
cution; but not rightly knowing nhe Way into the
Houfe,
