The influence of culture condition and growth regulators on morphogenetic
reactions of leaves Drosera rotundifolia in vitro.

Summary
Morfogenetic reactions of leaves explants Drosera rotundifolia Labill. in condition in vitro on
histological and ultrastructural level was observed. Within the bounds of optimalization of
culture condition we determined precultivation 6 hour on liquid medium with 1.10 -8 2,4-D
(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) and subsequently cultivation on liquid medium with 1.10 -8
NAA (α –naphtaleneacetic acid) at temperature 25±2°C. After 14 days explants were
transefered on hormon-free medium.This combination is appropriate for induction and
development of somatic embryos. Increased temperature caused red pigmentation of leaves
explants and subsequently necrosis.
