May cytokinins help to control stress made by Al 3+ ions?

Summary
Submited study is an effort to evaluate 27 cv of barleys grown in CR. Experiments was kept in klima-box
(20 o C, constant illumination 1100 Lx). Cultivation ran in pots with nutritive solution with substances:
CaCl 2 =2,220g, KNO 3 =3,286 , MgCl 2 =2,54g, (NH 4 )SO 4 =0,060g, NH 4 NO 3 =0,160g. in a 1litre of solution.
The tolerance to Al 3+ monitored by the method of ascending concentrations 3, 6, 9, 12 a 15 ppm of AlCl 3
supplement (1ppm= 8,804 mg AlCl 3 ). BAP (1.10 -6 M.1 -1 ). was added for evaluation the impact of cytokinin
on root / shoot growth changes. Energy balance of the photosynthesis and fast fluorescence changes correlated
with the doses of Al 3+ . Aplication of BAP modified root / shoot rate, from which is clear that endogenous
phytohormones play significant nonsubstitutable role in the beginning of plant adaptive stress- reaction and it
is exigent to take them in exploration during the cultivating oof new tolerant varieties.
