OB 1<br />

The networks of OB1 of the F-CPU describe the address transfer<br />

area to provide necessary information to the master CPU.<br />

Timed alarm (OB 35):<br />

In OB 35 the program for the count module of ET 200S is<br />

called up:<br />

The count module receives pulses from the SBM2 module of<br />

MASTERDRIVES. OB 35 forms the interface for the S7 program<br />

by evaluating these pulses. The variable N_SBM2 delivers the<br />

actual speed value which in the F-program is used for standstill<br />

detection of the drive. The speed value determined by the<br />

count module is always displayed as a positive value.<br />

Furthermore, the OB35 calls the F-runtime group (F-CALL).<br />

F-program of the DP Slave (IM 151-7F-CP)<br />

F-CALL (FC 1)<br />

The F-runtime group F-CALL (FC 1) is called from the cyclic interrupt<br />

OB (OB 35). From here, the FC "COORDINATION" (FC 2)<br />

is processed first.<br />

FC "COORDINATION" (FC 2)<br />

The FC2 successively processes the following F-blocks:<br />

■ FB "STANDSTILL_AND_SAFETY_V" (FB 2, DB 2)<br />

■ FB "EMSTP_AND_FDOOR" (FB 1, DB 1)<br />

■ FC "REINT" (FC 10)<br />

FB "STANDSTILL_AND_SAFETY_V" (FB 2, DB 2)<br />

Tasks of the FB "STANDSTILL_AND_SAFETY_V" (FB 2, DB 2)<br />

■ Standstill detection<br />

■ Enable operating mode "safe speed" (SG)<br />

■ Perform plausibility check of the determined actual speed<br />

values (via PROFIBUS and count module of the ET 200S).<br />
