Illinois and was the daughter <strong>of</strong> LaVerne and Betty Jane (Newton) Thulion. She<br />
attended school in <strong>Hanover</strong>. Marcie married Joseph Humphrey on August 27, 1982 and<br />
four daughters were born to this union: Michelle Humphrey, Terri (Humphrey)<br />
Holland, Theresa (Humphrey) Rucobo, and Amanda Humphrey. Marcie had lived in<br />
Savanna for many years. She died September 11, 2009 and is buried in Savanna<br />
Township Cemetery.<br />
Hunt, Donald Earl was born February 17, 1924 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and was the son <strong>of</strong> Hiram<br />
Simpson and Mary Magdalyn (Whalen) Hunt. He graduated from <strong>Hanover</strong> High School<br />
in 1942. He was a World War <strong>II</strong> and Korean War Veteran. He married Joan Janet<br />
Jagielski on June 29, 1950 and two daughters were born to this union: Mary Jo (Hunt)<br />
Speer and Donna Marie (Hunt) Richmond. Donald worked at the Savanna Army for 32<br />
years, retiring in 1975. He served on the <strong>Hanover</strong> School Board for a number <strong>of</strong> years<br />
and was also mayor <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hanover</strong> from 1977 until 1985. Donald died August 15, 1989<br />
and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
Hunt, Florence L. (Williams) Reed was born February 19, 1891 in Elizabeth, Illinois<br />
and was the daughter <strong>of</strong> Fred T. and Mary A. (Finicle) Williams. She married Delmar<br />
James Reed and one son was born to this union: Delmar James Reed. Her husband<br />
Delmar died in 1917 before her son was born. She married Orrin Glen Hunt in 1923 and<br />
two daughters were born to this union: Marilyn Reola Hunt and Norma Jean Hunt. The<br />
family lived in <strong>Hanover</strong> for many years and later moved to Arizona. Florence died in<br />
July 1986 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.<br />
Hunt, Geneva Elizabeth (Mest) was born March 2, 1910 in Elizabeth, Illinois and was<br />
the daughter <strong>of</strong> Henry and Florence (Hitt) Mest. She graduated from <strong>Hanover</strong> High<br />
School in 1928. Geneva married Ordrey Benson Hunt on February 4, 1929 in Dubuque<br />
and one son was born to this union: Ramon Arnett Hunt. She worked as a clerk during<br />
the 1940s and 50s for Bray’s Grocery Store and later Graham’s Grocery Store, both in<br />
<strong>Hanover</strong>. Geneva died November 26, 2008 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
Hunt, Margaret “Marg” Adell (Reichwein) was born January 12, 1915 in Bellevue,<br />
Iowa and was the daughter <strong>of</strong> Ernest Christopher and Christina (Yeager) Reichwein.<br />
She graduated from Bellevue High School in 1933. She married Arthur “Tink” Rayden<br />
Hunt on December 11, 1945 and one daughter was born to this union: Karen Ann Hunt.<br />
Marg retired from the Savanna Army Depot after working there 22 years. Marg died<br />
September 5, 1985; she was cremated and buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
Hunt, Marilyn Reola was born July 22, 1925 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and was the daughter <strong>of</strong> Orrin<br />
Glen and Florence L. (Williams) Hunt. She attended school in <strong>Hanover</strong>. Marilyn lived<br />
in Colorado for many years. Marilyn died October 1, 1996.<br />
Hunt, Mary “Mollie” Eda (Francke) was born September 20, 1916 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and<br />
was the daughter <strong>of</strong> Albert Charles and Bessie Emeline (Bain) Francke. She graduated<br />
from <strong>Hanover</strong> High School in 1934. Mollie married Eugene William Hunt on August 4,<br />
1935 in Dixon and five children were born to this union: Mary Jean (Hunt) Stegman,<br />
Donald “Bud” William Hunt, Elizabeth “Betty” Ann (Hunt) Farrey, Lawrence Lee Hunt,<br />
and Dale Eugene Hunt. Eugene worked at the Savanna Army Depot for a few years and<br />
later transferred to the Joliet Arsenal, with the family living in New Lenox. After<br />
Eugene’s retirement they moved to Mountain <strong>Home</strong>, Arkansas. After Eugene’s death<br />
on May 5, 1991, Mollie moved to Lady Lake, Florida for a few years, then to Georgia,<br />
and in 1995 she moved to Elizabeth. Mollie died August 3, 2006 and is buried next to
