McDonald, Isabel Catherine (Campbell) was born October 16, 1894 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and<br />
was the daughter <strong>of</strong> David and Catherine E. (Burke) Campbell. She graduated from<br />
<strong>Hanover</strong> High School in 1911. She married Harlan Fredrick McDonald on February 2,<br />
1920 in Champaign, Illinois and three children were born to this union: Lt. Robert<br />
McDonald who was killed during World War <strong>II</strong>, Margaret (McDonald) Rabe, and Mary<br />
Isabel (McDonald) Speaker. Isabel taught school for many years in Jo Daviess County<br />
and lived in Galena for many years. Harlan died August 16, 1966 and Isabel died<br />
December 28, 1988. They are both buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
McDougall, Charles W. was born June 25, 1897 in Carroll County, Illinois and was the<br />
son <strong>of</strong> Ralph and R. Eva McDougall. He married Laura P. Miller on April 6, 1923 in<br />
Elizabeth and one son was born to this union: Charles Morand “Mick” McDougall. The<br />
family lived in <strong>Hanover</strong> for a few years and later moved to Savanna. Charles died in<br />
June 1966 and his body was cremated. On September 4, 1997 his ashes were buried in<br />
Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
McDougall, Laura P. (Miller) was born February 7, 1900 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and was the<br />
daughter <strong>of</strong> J. George and Mary Emma (Dietrich) Miller. She graduated from <strong>Hanover</strong><br />
High School in 1918. Laura married Charles W. McDougall on April 6, 1923 in<br />
Elizabeth and one son was born to this union: Charles Morand “Mick” McDougall. The<br />
family lived in <strong>Hanover</strong> for a few years and later moved to Savanna. She died on May<br />
10, 1980 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />
McGinnis, Richard Ivan was born June 9, 1935 in Derinda Township, Jo Daviess<br />
County and was the son <strong>of</strong> Ivan James and Grace Marie (Schroth) McGinnis. He<br />
graduated from <strong>Hanover</strong> High School in 1954. Richard married Ruth Margaret Leahy<br />
on June 24, 1962 and two children were born to this union. The family lived in Savanna<br />
for many years. Richard died March 22, 1992.<br />
McGrew, Emily (Jameson) was born June 9, 1895 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and was the daughter <strong>of</strong><br />
William Alexander and Elizabeth Vera (Matchett) Jameson. She graduated from<br />
<strong>Hanover</strong> High School in 1912 and attended Monmouth College. She married Glen W.<br />
McGrew on August 31, 1918. Emily died in February 1978 in New Castle, Indiana.<br />
McGuire, Kevin Charles was born November 7, 1956 in Prince George County,<br />
Maryland and was the son <strong>of</strong> James Paul and Helen LaVurne (Squires) McGuire. He<br />
received his early education at Point Blanch High School, Maryland. He attended<br />
Yavapai Community College in Prescott, Arizona for two years, one year at Colorado<br />
State University, and two years at St. Cloud State College in Minnesota. He married<br />
Mary Jo Marcure on October 2, 1977 in Stockton, Illinois and one son was born to this<br />
union: Logan MacKenzie McQuire. Kevin was the owner <strong>of</strong> MacKenzie Research in<br />
Missoula, Montana. He died July 10, 1991 in Stevensville, Montana and is buried in<br />
Lost Mount Cemetery, <strong>Hanover</strong>.<br />
McGuire, Logan MacKenzie was born October 17, 1985 in Missoula, Montana and<br />
was the son <strong>of</strong> Kevin and Mary Jo (Marcure) McGuire. He attended Up Periscope Day<br />
Care in Stevensville, Montana. Logan died July 10, 1991 and is buried in Lost Mound<br />
Cemetery, <strong>Hanover</strong>.<br />
McGuire, Mary Jo (Marcure) was born February 1, 1954 in Savanna, Illinois and was<br />
the daughter <strong>of</strong> Edmond Joseph and Margaret Louise (Francke) Marcure. She received<br />
her early education in <strong>Hanover</strong> and graduated from Stockton High School in 1972. She<br />
was a student at the University <strong>of</strong> Missoula at the time <strong>of</strong> her death. Mary Jo married
