1956 and five children were born to this union: Kelvin Webster, Paula (Webster)<br />

Flageolle, Ann (Webster) Kurt, Tim Webster, and Gregg Webster. Tom was a<br />

petroleum engineer, starting his career with Shell Oil in 1952 and ending with his<br />

retirement from Arco in 1986. The family lived in Lakewood, Colorado for many years<br />

before they retired to Zephyrhills, Florida. Tom died May 2, 2001 and is buried in<br />

Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Cuba City, Wisconsin.<br />

Weede, Angela Sue (Boop) was born November 29, 1966 in Galena, Illinois and was<br />

the daughter <strong>of</strong> Clifford Ellsworth and Jeanette Elaine (Wald) Boop. She graduated<br />

from <strong>Hanover</strong> High School in 1984 and later attended Northeast Iowa Community<br />

College. Angela married Robert Carl Weede on September 21, 1985 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and<br />

three children were born to this union: Amanda Kaye Weede, William Robert, and<br />

Kelly Lynn Weede. The family lived in <strong>Hanover</strong> and Angela worked as a Corrections<br />

Officer at the Dixon Correctional Facility in Dixon, Illinois since 2001. Angela died as<br />

a result <strong>of</strong> a car accident on January 27, 2011 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />

Weede, Hazel Marie (Andresen) was born April 24, 1912 in Iowa and was the<br />

daughter <strong>of</strong> Mark and Dora (Fonsin) Andresen. She married Lawrence Andrew Weede<br />

on October 20, 1932 in Lost Nation, Iowa and two children were born to this union:<br />

Robert Carl Weede Sr. and Barbara Ann (Weede) Grabbe. The family lived in <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

for a number <strong>of</strong> years before moving to Elizabeth. Hazel was a hairdresser in Elizabeth<br />

from 1961 until 1977. Hazel died November 9, 1981 and is buried in the Elizabeth<br />

Cemetery.<br />

Weede, Robert “Bob” Carl was born March 29, 1933 in Toronto, Iowa and was the<br />

son <strong>of</strong> Lawrence Andrew and Hazel Marie (Andresen) Weede. He attended <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

area schools. Bob was a U.S. Army Veteran. Bob married, and later divorced, Mary<br />

Elizabeth Schafer and three children were born to this union: Robert Carl Weede Jr.,<br />

Karen Sue (Weede) Turbiner, and Michael Andrew Weede. Bob farmed in the <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

and Savanna area and also worked at the Savanna Army Depot, Albrecht Welding, at the<br />

railroad yard in Clinton, Iowa, and he owned and operated Weede’s Welding on Wheels<br />

in Elizabeth. He lived in Elizabeth for many years. Bob died March 1, 2008 and is<br />

buried in Elizabeth Cemetery.<br />

Weible, Clifford John was born December 21, 1917 in Derinda Township, Jo Daviess<br />

County and was the son <strong>of</strong> John Jacob and Carlena E. (Bauer) Weible. He was a World<br />

War <strong>II</strong> Veteran. Clifford married Jean Ann Boop on September 22, 1951 in <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

and three daughters were born to this union: Marilyn Jean (Weible) Roe Pierce, Patti<br />

Lynn (Weible) Woods, and Cindy Ann Weible who died in 1964 at the age <strong>of</strong> five.<br />

Clifford worked as a mechanic at the Savanna Army Depot for 25 years before he<br />

retired. The couple later moved from rural <strong>Hanover</strong> to Stockton. Clifford died July 6,<br />

1997; he was cremated and buried in Evergreen Cemetery.<br />

Weible, Jean Ann (Boop) was born December 25, 1933 in <strong>Hanover</strong> and was the<br />

daughter <strong>of</strong> Clifford and Alice Louisa (Paisley) Boop. She graduated from <strong>Hanover</strong><br />

High School in 1951. She married Clifford John Weible on September 22, 1951 in<br />

<strong>Hanover</strong> and three daughters were born to this union: Marilyn Jean (Weible) Roe<br />

Pierce, Patti Lynn (Weible) Woods and Cindy Ann Weible who died in 1964 at the age<br />

<strong>of</strong> five. They lived in <strong>Hanover</strong> for many years and later moved to Stockton where Jean<br />

worked at Atwood Automotive. Jean died August 12, 1997; she was cremated and<br />

buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
