The coil configuration of yet another embodiment is shown in Fig.9A and Fig.9B. A tubular substrate 40,<br />

supports a helical, thin film or thick film, dipole-type of energy-magnifying coil 24 that is nested inside and coaxial<br />

with a single external output coil 28b. Nested inside the tubular substrate 40, and with respective axes parallel <strong>to</strong><br />

the axis of the tubular substrate 40, are a sending coil 20 and an internal output coil 28a. The sending coil 20 and<br />

the internal output coil 28a, are positioned on opposite sides of a reflective metallic separa<strong>to</strong>r 59. The separa<strong>to</strong>r<br />

59 is substantially parabolic in cross-section throughout its axial extent, and is positioned so that the longitudinal<br />

edges are <strong>to</strong>uching, or nearly <strong>to</strong>uching, the tubular substrate 40. The separa<strong>to</strong>r 59 can be composed of common,<br />

non-magnetic metal such as aluminium or magnesium. The sending coil 20 is positioned on the concave side of<br />

the separa<strong>to</strong>r 59, with the axis of the sending coil 20 being positioned at the geometric focus 60 of the parabola<br />

and disposed parallel <strong>to</strong> the axis of the energy-magnifying coil 24. The energy-magnifying coil 24 in this<br />

embodiment, comprises a thin film or thick film pho<strong>to</strong>conduc<strong>to</strong>r formed helically on the tubular substrate 40. A<br />

pho<strong>to</strong>conduction exciter 26 is positioned inside the separa<strong>to</strong>r 59. (The tubular substrate 40, is made of a rigid<br />

material that is transparent <strong>to</strong> radiation produced by the pho<strong>to</strong>conduction exciter 26). All the other forms of the<br />

energy-magnifying coil 24 as described herein, including the superconducting form, can be employed in this<br />

embodiment.<br />

The separa<strong>to</strong>r 59, serves a double purpose. One purpose is <strong>to</strong> direct <strong>to</strong>wards the energy-magnifying coil 24 the<br />

portion of the inductive-pho<strong>to</strong>n radiation 22 which is not otherwise directed <strong>to</strong>wards the separa<strong>to</strong>r, as shown by<br />

the reflected-pho<strong>to</strong>n rays 61 in Fig.6A. (Reflection of these radiated pho<strong>to</strong>ns does not change the directionality of<br />

the transverse force which these pho<strong>to</strong>ns convey). Another purpose of the separa<strong>to</strong>r 59 is <strong>to</strong> serve as a shield <strong>to</strong><br />

restrict the amount of inward radiation 18b from the energy-magnifying coil 24 which is returned as a back-force <strong>to</strong><br />

the sending coil 20. The restricted back-force radiation is shown by the shaded area 63 in Fig.9B.<br />
