Practical Guige to Free Energy Devices

eBook 3000 pages! author: Patrick J. Kelly "This eBook contains most of what I have learned about this subject after researching it for a number of years. I am not trying to sell you anything, nor am I trying to convince you of anything. When I started looking into this subject, there was very little useful information and any that was around was buried deep in incomprehensible patents and documents. My purpose here is to make it easier for you to locate and understand some of the relevant material now available. What you believe is up to yourself and is none of my business. Let me stress that almost all of the devices discussed in the following pages, are devices which I have not personally built and tested. It would take several lifetimes to do that and it would not be in any way a practical option. Consequently, although I believe everything said is fully accurate and correct, you should treat everything as being “hearsay” or opinion. Some time ago, it was commonly believed that the world was flat and rested on the backs of four elephants and that when earthquakes shook the ground, it was the elephants getting restless. If you want to believe that, you are fully at liberty to do so, however, you can count me out as I don’t believe that. " THE MATERIAL PRESENTED IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO PERFORM EXPERIMENTS OR CONSTRUCT ANY DEVICE, YOU DO SO WHOLLY ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY -- NEITHER THE COMPANY HOSTING THIS WEB SITE, NOR THE SITE DESIGNER ARE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS OR ANY RESULTING LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY DESCRIPTION, SHOULD ANY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF WHAT YOU DO.

emain airtight. A slight timing adjustment may be necessary with the new connection in order <strong>to</strong> get the<br />

very best running.<br />

The energy which powers the engine has a tendency <strong>to</strong> run along magnetic fields. Driving under high<br />

voltage overhead power lines can position the vehicle in an area where the energy level is not sufficient <strong>to</strong><br />

maintain the energy flow through the Cell. If the energy flow through the Cell is disrupted, then it is likely <strong>to</strong><br />

s<strong>to</strong>p functioning. If this were <strong>to</strong> happen, then the Cell would have <strong>to</strong> be set up again in the same way as for<br />

a newly built Cell which has never been used before. This can be avoided by attaching an AA (“penlight”)<br />

dry cell battery across the Cell with the battery plus going <strong>to</strong> the lid of the Cell. A battery of this type has<br />

such a high internal resistance and so little current capacity that no significant electrolysis will take place on<br />

the very pure conditioned water in the Cell. But the battery will have the effect of maintaining the integrity of<br />

the Cell if it is temporarily moved away from its source of power.<br />

Workarounds<br />

If it is not possible <strong>to</strong> get pipes of the desired diameters, then they can be made up by rolling stainless steel<br />

sheet and using a TIG welder with completely inert gas, <strong>to</strong> tack weld at each end and in the middle of each<br />

cylinder. Don’t weld along the full length of the join unless it is the 5-inch outer casing.<br />

If it is found <strong>to</strong> be particularly difficult <strong>to</strong> make the four circular cuts in 1/8 inch (3 mm) steel using hand <strong>to</strong>ols,<br />

then I would suggest using a plasma cutter. Make a template <strong>to</strong> guide the cutting head and clamp it securely<br />

in place. You can hire the cutter and compressor quite cheaply as you will only need them for a very short<br />

time. If they are not given <strong>to</strong> you as a pair and you have <strong>to</strong> select each from a range, take the smallest cutter<br />

and a twin-cylinder compressor rated at nearly double the input quoted for the cutter. This is because the<br />

cutter is rated by the volume of compressed air, and the compressors are rated by the volume of their<br />

uncompressed air intake as that sounds more impressive.<br />

If no lathe is available for machining the base plinth for the central cylinder, then take a piece of 16-gauge<br />

stainless steel sheet and cut the plinth out of it as shown below. Bend the projecting tags upwards by<br />

holding each tag in the end of the jaws of a vise and tapping the body section square, with a flat-faced<br />

hammer and if you consider it necessary, tack-weld the <strong>to</strong>p of the tags <strong>to</strong> the outside of the central cylinder<br />

<strong>to</strong> give rigidity <strong>to</strong> the mounting. Extreme heat such as is generated by welding or cutting tends <strong>to</strong> create<br />

permanent magnetism in any ferrous metal being heated, so avoid high temperature operations such as<br />

welding wherever possible. If a tight push-fit can be obtained with the base of the 2-inch cylinder, then I<br />

suggest that the optional spot welds are omitted.<br />
