32-mb/d increase in global oil demand between 2006 and 2030 will come<br />

from developing regions. China, India and the rest of developing Asia account<br />

for most of this increase. Non-OECD countries account for 72% of the growth<br />

in world natural gas demand (Figure 1.4).<br />
