263: Make sure they are right about things they tell you.267: The Brandon Campuses student services is amazing. They make seeking help painlessand accurate. Plant City campus requires you to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hrsjust to see an advisor. Plant City is technically my home campus but I never go therebecause I don't have the time to sit around and wait on them for an extended period oftime. I've also been to ybor campus and so far have only heard problems with the PlantCity campuses advisors. This is not to cut them down just to offer more pointedconstructive criticism. Maybe have more advisors there or have them direct the peoplewaiting to another campus because in some instances driving 30 minutes away wouldsignificantly cut down their time spent waiting.271: i was told wrong about requirements for transferring my aa to usf and about the gkt testfor getting into my ba there.284: TIME is a big thing with seeeing an advisor... usuually their are not enough people andstudents have to wait for hours to see one.290: Improve the wait time.297: They could be nicer they seem like they are not very happy to be there.304: Time was a big issue. I once signed in, sat for an hour, went to class, came backafter class, waited for 10 minutes, then my name was called.387: Have student make actual appointments with advisors instead of sitting in the waitingroom for hours.389: It would be nice to have advisors that actually KNOW what they are talking about. Youcan speak to different advisors on different campuses about the exact same situation andthey will all have different/conflicting information. Quite frankly, it seems like none ofthe advisors truly know what they are talking about. It appears that they are just guessingor taking a 'stab in the dark' at the right answers.396: Make them a little more readily available without getting the run around.409: Tell the students exactly how many semesters they will need to complete for theirspecific degree based on how many credit hours they take a semester412: Answer all questions and be more informed when it comes to students questions.
