Q74: WHAT COULD HCC DO TO IMPROVE ITS PUBLICATIONS ANDCOMMUNICATIONS?CAMPUS = BRANDON:7: HAWKNET IN-OP SOMETIMES WHEN I NEED TO GO ON-LINE. IF IHAVE A PROBLEM I HAVE TO COME TO CAMPUS TO SOLVE IT.20: Make more catalogs available.31: I have only had one teacher who communicated with me through HawkMail... shewould e-mail us and tell us when we had class cancellations... Also I got a document from financial aid once thatsaid I could email [a staff member] if I had question or to get an extension. Well Idid just that and never got any response until I went into the financial aid officeand was then told that she doesn't communicate by email.
