The wait times are unbelievable despite the(failed) appointment system that was implemented. Advisers are generally rude and donot offer much help or direction, nothing is explained including what they are doing foryou while you are sitting in front of them. With theexception of a few people in that office, most are completely incapable of providing astraight answer. The phone will ring, thendisconnect, or if you're lucky enough to not get disconnected and sent to VM, the box isfull...and you get disconnected.
