Although the ladies working in theoffice are dealing with many people daily, they have very little to no people skills. Everyquestion that I or either someone in the office had before even hearing the question outcompletely we we're directed to the website. Once you get to see someone at least theperson I seen wasn't very friendly and basically told me what I would be getting, I didn'thave a chance to ask any questions till the end which I had forgotten because alot ofinformation had been covered during the process. I know dealing with the public can bemost difficult at times, however that is what the job requires so their frustrations shouldn'tbe taken out on us because they might not like what they are doing.1698: Nothing it is good as it is.1704: The workers at Dale Mabry financial Aid office are HORRIBLE. I can't even expresshow disrespectful and awful they are. Something needs to change about this office, veryfast. They have messed up my application more than 5 times!!!!!!! I hope something isdone about this, I know I am not the only one. I can't stand going to that office anymore,the treatment and professionality it is absolutely horrible.1705: Extended Hours Training Variety of locations1711: One of the women in finacial aid was very unhelpful and kind of mean. I went in thereasking about Bright Futures and I had to come back and talk to another person. Againmore staff would be very halpful.1712: make the wait time shorter1718: Hcc financial aid office is horrible giving out appointments they should have a secretaryjust answering quick easy question instead of waiting for hours just to turn in a paper oranswer a simple question also the financial aid secretaries are very rude and unhelpfulthey should be replaced.1721: Increase phone message and email usage/response. When appointments are required, Icannot get one because you have to show up in person first thing in the morning, thencome back later in the day. This is impossible with my work schedule, and from what Ihave seen it is a major issue with many working students. I would suggest setting up away to scheduled these appointments on your website.1731: Being more helpful. It appeared that I was just being rushed out the door.
