1008: The financial aid office is very unprofessional and do not take the time to explain thingsaccurately to the students - they will tell you one thing and you expect it and it doesn'thappen and then you inquire about it with no response from them. I do not think that itshould take someone two months to input data into the system when it’s regarding astudent’s financial aid. Rules need to be made and implemented by the staff.1051: One lady I went to didn't seem to know all the information I was looking for and anotherman there was more helpful but kept staring at my breasts. Very unprofessional.1085: Be more polite!!!1092: Everyone know the same information, and process papers in a timely manner, instead ofblaming the student for late paperwork when they had it all the time. Not fair that I can't get financial aide, not even a campusjob.....1129: be more punctual... i filled out my paper work on 08/21/<strong>2007</strong> and wasn't seen until10/13/07 and at that time nothing had been done to my paper work therefor i didn't get topay for my classes until 11/15/071145: I think the offices should be staffed with more people and bigger space considering theamount of students in attendance. Luckily I keep and make copies of all paperwork that I had ever been issuedbecause if I had a dime for everytime they repeatedly lost my paperwork or accidentlymissed place them I would be rich; no pun intended. I just feel that maybe if they kept upwith files and handled issues with organization they would not have as many issues asthey do.1313: speed up a little so we can have time to go to our class at the same time.
