1347: When my financial stopped they basically gave me the cold shoulder and that put me in abad mood.1348: Know information instead of sending people back and forth when neither of the deskshave a clue about it.1359: be more positive and respond to phone calls in a timely manner. Complete the processwithout the student having to come back and wait hours to be seen a 2nd or 3rd time.1382: Once again, I had a very difficult time with Financial Aid. When I started three yearsago, the staff was very rude and not helpful in any way. I had to jump through hoops toactually be able to attend here. It's been a nightmare. No one returns phone calls and noone answers the phone. This has happened to me every semester for three years. Awful!1385: i have been in the office and on the phone with finacial aid and a few of the students arerude1386: They could explain that when you get money for the year that the summer tuition alwayscomes later on in the mail. . . it is not on the first statment that you recieve. . . which wasnot explained to me so i thought that i had money for the next school year when it wasreally for the summer and as a result of me not knowing that i did not take summerclasses because i did not have the money for it. when i really did i just did not know it.1397: A checklist of the documents needed for student loans. This would help eliminate half thewait1435: provide more information about scholarships1439: nothing1445: Give me my loan the day I apply.1455: I think financial aid does a good job.1469: Here, as well, more counselors are needed to get the information needed before deadlinesare missed.1485: atleast show that they care and try to help without throwing paper in your face and sayingcome back when its done. and they can walk you through it if you dont understand.1507: Nothing I have always found the Financial Aid services helpful.1509: It should be easier to see a Financial aid advisor, I do not feel comfortable speaking to astudent at the desk regarding my financial aid issues.1526: They are so overloaded at certain times, as for a solution, not sure.1531: More staff during peak times.1552: I find it a little annoying when you want to talk about your financial status and they callyou to the front desk to discuss it. They should use that for only those who have generalquestions about it.1566: Too long of a wait!!!!!1571: The Brandon campus is doing a great job1597: make sure when i ask " is there anything else i need to do?" people have the knowledgeof the financial aid process to tell me yes or no.. i spent more time going and doing 1more thing after getting a phone call after leaving the campus than i actually spent oncampus1603: I think that the finacial aid ,has to improve . They dont inform anyone about anyscholarships that the school offer,specially if a student is in honors.The [staff member] isnot helpful , she can do better. If she doesnt like her job,she shouldnt take it out at student.
