635: Make them really accountable for their performance, and create a form to keep by thestudent in which the results of the meeting are written or coded, and make this formnecessary in order to see an advisor.640: Make wait time less643: Let people make appointments all the time and just not some of the time. Not everyonehas all the time in the world to sit there and wait.653: Make it easier to make appointments (sometimes they do not answer the phone or onlytake one apt p/15minutes). By the time I finally got an advisor to override my courses so I could take themall of the classes I wanted or needed were gone. Mail was sent to my old house sayingthat I owed money that I didn't, I never received the mail, even though I had given theschool my change of address and it caused me nothing but stress. I dont know how youcould improve on this but you should think of a better way of putting info in the systemfaster to avoid these kind of problems.682: don't know683: Decrease the wait time. Explain to the students the best way for them to get their degree.Don't just go along with whatever the student says.684: At least act like they care a little more. I felt like they just wanted me out of their officeas fast as possible.699: Should be able to talk to someone by telephone, who can bring up your transcript andadvise. Office hours should be extended to accommodate working students.702: not much, they have a pretty good system704: People need to love their job.711: Provide more advisors, I have waited for an hour on one occasion, it made me not want togo back. I have alot of studying to do, the last thing I want to do is wait in that office thatlong for help.
