1119: faster service1120: Have more personnel to help because sometimes you have to wait for long period of time1138: Many of the employees at the Dale Mabry campus are not helpful and are very rudewhen it comes to answering questions1141: It seems like it takes forever to see a financial aid person and there is never enough roomto sit you have to go outside and if they call your name you dont know because youroutside waiting. It would be very helpful if they would speed up their process.1142: Have better qualified staff that are truly devoted to helping students get the money theyneed to further their education.1150: Well it seems like most of the times I go in there the staff doesnt know the answers to thequestions I am asking. It is almost always over crowded and takes forever to be seen bysomeone. SOME ONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES1157: Whenever I go in there it takes an unreasonably long amount of time to speak withsomeone, and the lady usually at the front desk is very rude and always seems annoyedwhen I have a question1158: Shorter wait time to see advisors and advisors should have more pleasant attitudes.1164: The financial aid staff were not very helpful in the process. I was given differentinformation from two different advisors and have had to make numerous trips to theiroffice. Phone messages requesting a call back were not returned. The budgets allowedfor student loans for your college have no basis in reality. Example, the budget for 7months for a 9 to 11 credit hours for a student in state living with parents is 6,318 dollarsthesame budget for a student living away from parents is 8,897 dollars. This allows adifference per month of $368.42. The new housing being built behind your college hasrent starting at $510 per month. Your budgets do not allow a student to cover housing,tuition, books, gas, food, etc. Your college needs to correct this situation so studentsdon't have to seek private loans with outlandish interest rates. Your college should alsohave a review process for the higher cost programs such as nursing, where these studentsare allowed ex tra funding for the cost of books and other areas that do not apply to yournormal programs.1167: Allow for appointments to be set.1169: higher more workers that are people friendly and build a bigger office for for the students1173: Financial Aid is a mess. There are a few wonderful people working there that are willingto help but it definitely needs to be run better. Maybe someone available to answer basicquestions and someoneto answer phones because it's ridiculous. No other school is sounorganized.1180: MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE UNHAPPY.
