139: There is a lot of tile that is missing from the walkways around the entire school. Thebathrooms could use some attention. As adisabled person, I am struck by the lack of parking for the disabled. I have to walkentirely too far to my classes. The faculty parking area has a more than sufficient numberof un-used disabled spaces.244: offer more security at night.267: Brandon Campus needs more appropriate parking. To be frank, a dirt lot for commonoverflow is a bit unappropriate and unprofessional of a college. I understand that eachspot costs thousands of dollars but that would be a worthy investment. Some studentsmight not pick Brandon Campus because of the issues with parking. Ybor campus has anopen outdoor area where they store waste until the garbage trucks come and pick it up.With the garbage always being out there a stench of decomposing material never reallyleaves the air. Down the block it can still be smelt, that's how poignant it is. Maybe a wallcould be built around that area or large bins with lids could be the new way of storing thematerial until it can be completely disposed of. That way the smell is trapped and even inthe event that it leaks out somehow, it won't be as nauseating to find crawling up yournose. For the Ybor campus, many of the students I have spoken with have come in tocontact with unsafe home less people. One student almost got mugged in the garage afterjust stepping out of his car on the second floor around 8am. The student went to thenearest security guard who rode with him back to the second floor and found thehomeless person had left. I was harrassed by one asking for money. Enough was said topacify the homeless man who yelled after me " you better bring me that money when youhave it girl! I mean it!!" It was in between the 2 large buildings on the way from thelibrary to the student parking garage. Needless to say, I will never walk around that areawithout always keeping an eye out for being unexpectedly confronted by him again.Security guards need to be sure to be on the different levels at all times of the day.
