1743: cheaper.1746: Hire a mature staff that doesn't talk about personal life in or about the bookstore.1759: More used books & ability to purchase books online & pick up at the store.1762: Operation seems fine, but the textbooks are too pricey.1764: ITS FINE1767: It is frustrating and inconvenient for the bookstores not to have books by the start ofclass. In addition, on numberous occasions I have been given the wrong book. I had arecent experience where it took 28 days for me to receive a refund.1770: the staff doesnt understand and cant explain how financial aid works and how much youhave to use.1778: no they are too expensive.1790: Not much, it's merely too expensive.1791: nothing1792: order books on time for the semester classes and run out I have sat three weeks waitingon text books after classes have started IE, building department.1809: The only problem I have had is that there are not enough staff on hand at the beginning ofthe year to assist you if you are needing to buy a book and you are not sure where tolocate it or what it looks like.1817: Nothing.1818: On several occasions, the bookstore ran out of the books that classes require. This hashappened to me twice, and I know of at least two other students (not in the same classesas me) who have run into this same problem.1819: more cashiers1850: n/a1856: I think they could find out from the teachers exactly what the students need and orderaccordingly. I would buy before classes start so I could have books already and I wouldalways wind up with extra books because the bookstore would say required when itwasnt.
