1506: Overall after having to wait in two hour lines I did finally get the answers I wanted, butbeing a new student to college and to this school I had alot of questions as did many otherstudents. The ladys that would help me just looked at me as if i was stupid, i understandthat they do this everyday but this is a one time thing for me and i think they should justtry to be a little bit more helpful rather than so irritated. Other than that I truly do lovethis school and I am so happy that I can work school around my life rather than it beingthe other way around.1518: Tell each student exactly what they will need, for instance, all transcripts from highschools and even other colleges1522: more staff to help1524: educate the new students properly1549: Make the staff more friendly1557: nothing that i can think of at the moment.1561: I attend the Plant City Campus and I get very discourgaed when it takes more than anhour to get help. As a student with a full schedule, I can not afford to sit in the FinancialAid office for over thirty minutes. I wish things would be more organized and lesschaotic.1574: More information could be given about the nursing program process and time involved.1583: have more couteous people for a better costomer service1585: Have more advisors that have the correct information. Also have advisors that all havethe same information, there are times when different advisors tell you different things thatconflict with each other.1600: Even though they were helpful, they could be a bit more "friendly". Some of the staffseemed uninterested or unaware of my presence.1602: the financial aid dept. needs more help and people who can give you all the informationyou need the first time you go in and spend hours waiting to see someone. It's extremelyfrustrating to go into this dept. and wait numerous times for a min. of 4 hours and thatsnot an exageration of time spent waiting to talk to someone who tells you everything isok only later to find out everything is not ok and you wait again for hours, gather moreinfo. wait for hours and told everything is ok again only to find out that it's not. thiswhole process was extremly stressful and taxing.1605: Don't Remember what admissions was like.1614: They could communicate a little bit more because when i was aplying it seemed like theyexpected me to know everything.1631: nothing1632: No opinion1644: Friendlier staff that are more eager to help you get your problems solved.1655: admission should provide all requirements in a list form per students need, particularlythose who have to request transcript and high transcript from another country. Accessingthose inforamtin for a student takes time and money. Plus we still have to have thosetranscript evaluated. I don't understand though, why a High stranscript is still requestedwhen the student already provided the admission office with the copy of collegetranscript.1658: I found that I got several different answers from several different members of theadmissions staff... at one point, I was so frustrated at running around in circles, I almostdid not turn my application in.Student Satisfaction Survey <strong>2007</strong> – Q3: Admissions – Page 41
