At this point there is no information given as to the reason ofineligiblity, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, so then you are forced togo to the campus which then defeats the purpose of "online registration" I haveexperienced this more than once and the reason for not being able to register online eachtime was a clerical error on the part of HCC. Something that could easily be correctedvia email or telephone but because of the inefficiency in these areas of communication, ittook at least two days to reach anyone and an hours drive to the campus just to find outwhy I could not register and after standing in line to speak with someone, the problemwas corrected witin minutes!!! However, the class I wanted to register for was full by thistime!!!!1174: If there is a prerequisite for a class and you can't register for it online it would be nice toknow what that class is without having to ask someone.
