Not neccessarily admissions, but in the F/Aoffice, I wish they wouldn't give people the run around.1356: they should know more about issues with financial aid because financial aid has beenwrong several times1358: Give students a checkoff list of information that is needed in order to complete theadmissions process as well as the financial aid process. When applying for financial aid Iwaited for hours only to be told that I was missing a form. And when trying to registerafter attending HCC for 3 consecutive semesters I was on a registration hold only to findout that I was missing a set of transcripts. I was never notified about the missingtranscripts until registration.1366: Make it accessable online, because the long lines are crazy.1369: The Dale Mabry financial aid department never answers their phones.
