These books were not available at any other bookstore. Then atthe end of the semester they would not buy them back. I paid a fortune for these books,and they were in excellent condition. At Books and More, Inc., their mark-up is25% on new books as opposed to your 33.33%. Their used books are the net price plus33.33% times .7 and that calculates their used books. When your prices are close or rightat theirs, they will lower their prices $1-$5 on most books and about $10 on the higherpriced such as anatomy, physics, and math. They won't price below net. In addition, theyparticipate and advertise tax-free participation and will extend their refund policy at thesame date as yours. Single scantrons, single blue books are free unless they are boughtpackaged in 6 or when a customer buys more than 3 blue books. At point of sale, allcustomers are told the last day or refund. This is courteous. HCC loses customers due totheir impersonal people sk ills especially Brandon Campus's [staff member]. 20% ofHCC customers are lost because of [the staff member’s] attitude. Books and More alsoestablishes better and consistent relationships than the bookstore managers. THESE AREJUST SOME OF THE WAYS WE TAKE YOUR CUS<strong>TO</strong>MERS!
