1519: the price of the textbooks are too high for classes only offered at this campus and then thebookstore won't buy them back. If it's only offered at one campus, then they should berequired to buy back the books1528: The Books are really expensive and some times not essential to the class. On top ofbooks, now we need webct subscriptions for most of the classes. A book buyback policythat would be available mid-year also would be benificial instead of only having newbooks available for sale.1531: Stop raping the students with the prices. When buybacks are available, don't refuse anew textbook because there is a new edition.1552: The operations are fine, i just get a better deal where i go, unless I have to get a specificbook made for that teacher.1562: They are to expensive1566: More staff on the floor to help customers find the books that are needed for class.1573: cheaper and/or used textbooks1604: nothing. good job conducting1612: lower book prices1622: More new books.1647: nothing1651: Make sure that the bookstore has the textbooks in stock before classes begin. Thissemester, Fall '07, I was unable to purchase the text for Ichthyology(ZOO1450) becauseit was not in the bookstore. I had to find it online, purchase it there, and pay for shipping.I found that to be very inconvenient.1700: n/a1703: Have the aquaculture books I need. It is a program there so you should offer the coursematerial. These are books I would often utilize and I do not sell them back. I think mostother students in the program hold onto theirs as well.1723: cheaper books1726: make sure to place instructors' orders in time to receive the books before classescommence.1727: Nothing1736: The prices are outrageous!!!1765: Prices Lowered.1783: Have the prices on notebooks and pretty much on everything that they sell.1788: lower prices1798: Cheaper if at all possible. We are students, it shouldn't be a profitable organization to ripus off on books. We are already paying to attend.1814: try to match prices with books for less1816: lower the prices or give away free stuff or once in a while have discounts on differentitems...1832: books are extremely expensive1835: Lower textbook prices.1843: load up on booksStudent Satisfaction Survey 2007 – Q61: Bookstore – Page 314
