501: The tesing center is way too cold. Build a parking garage.502: Figure out a way to provide more parking for students during the day505: Put more ashtrays out, almost 80% of the students smoke and it's crazy to only have 2smoking areas. Some peoples classes and way to far from the smoking areas.506: landscaping needs improvement. restrooms are not always clean for the night classes.511: more smoking areas. its outside! i understand not being able to smoke under coveredareas, or in front of entrances - but the smoking areas laid out are inconvenient.513: better parking518: Parking I think is very hard to find. I am handicap and I have seen and experienced problems with people parking inthe handicap parking who do not have a handicap tag hanging on their rear view mirrorsor their plates on their cars. I have even witnessed several students passing theirhandicap tag that hangs on the mirror to another student to use on their car. By lawanyone with a handicap sticker or plate has a registration card that we must carry at alltimes. It identifies that the tag belongs to that person. In fact, if you read the tags thathang on the mirrors it even has the person's drivers licencse number on it to identify theowner. I feel that the school should start reenforcing the law more by checking into thismore often. Many people are parking in the handicap parking lots that do not have legaltags to be parking there. I take a class on saturday and it is a fight every single time i have thatclass with a USF game that day. I dont mind the traffic, the people, or the noise.
