1689: more people working at the window last time i had a question they had to go asksomewhere else because they did not have the answer!! i wait in line at least an hour ormore everytime i am there!11692: They admissions office was great, the Financial Aid Office, now that's a different story. Ihave 3 words for them "Need People Skills"...1698: Nothing it is perfect as it is.1704: Hire people that like to work toward the public instead of mean people.1705: Have more gradation when it comes to the diversity of students, their goals and needspertaining to school.1711: Have more staff on hand. Make sure each staff knows exactly what to answer to certainquestions.1712: tell students that they must visit a academic advisor before registering for classes.1725: HCC could give students a little more information about his or her major and therequirements of that major.1729: Have them become more organized.1730: Be more organized1731: It would be nice if the lines weren't so long.1743: have all windows open when busy.1746: Hire friendlier staff members who find pride in thier job. The admissions stage ofbecoming a first time college student at HCC should be a positive experience to set thetone of things to come. It's no fear to make such a long line and wait for a long time when all Ineed is get one course in the system or make a quick question.
