CAMPUS = PLANT CITY:13: I wish this question was asked some terms ago,but because some staff are new, Ireally cannot say.114: Make sure that [a staff member] is actually there, and when [he/she] isn't makesure someone is there that knows about the subject148: A cafeteria at the Plant City campus would be great.167: I have not spoken with any advisors 1 on 1168: Have staff available at the campus that will help them. Not staff that leaves earlyeveryday and wants to spend all day at the festival. A lot of times students havevery simple questions, especially new students and all they need is to be pointedin the right direction. I was so upset with my experience that I almost went toUSF instead even though it was a much further drive for me.233: Have computers off to the side of where the employees in the registers office islocated so that when they tell you your information has been corrected you canlog on and find out if they have really corrected it. I did like the fact that peoplewere walking up and down the lines to find out why you were standing in line andredirecting students so they didn't have to stand in line unnecessarily.255: Give correct information that is relevant to what the student needs.343: Inform us via email or HCC website when there will be events, or catered food.374: It would be convenient if the information given would be the same no matter whowas giving it.
