Each section is responsible for ensuring that the funding they have been
provided with for subsequent distribution for individual projects complies with
the terms of Section 74(9) of the Waste Management Act 1996 (as inserted
by Section 12 of the Waste Management (Amendment) Act 2001) and the
Waste Management (Environment Fund) (Prescribed Payments) Regulations
2003 (SI No. 478 of 2003). Therefore there is no single contact point in the
Department to supply details on which individual projects are grant-aided from
