A cardholder can request that the Disbursing Officer transfer funds fromhis or her <strong>Navy</strong> / Marine <strong>Cash</strong> (strip) account to another card’s chip using the cardholder’s SocialSecurity Number (SSN) to designate the account. This capability could be used to transfer fundsfrom a <strong>Navy</strong> / Marine <strong>Cash</strong> (strip) account to the chip on a visitor card, if the original card is lostor damaged and a permanent replacement card has not arrived. This capability could also be usedfor a cardholder on split pay who, for one reason or another, has a Visitor <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>Cash</strong> card ratherthan a Permanent or Temporary <strong>Navy</strong> / Marine <strong>Cash</strong> card and therefore can’t use the K80<strong>Cash</strong>less ATM to effect the transfer. An account must be in an “open” status to enable a transfer.“SSN” is selected as the funding source. Enter the cardholder’s SSN without dashes or spaces.f. The Disbursing Officer clicks “Submit” to initiate the funds transfers.g. The K22 will require the cardholder to enter his PIN and click OK.h. The K22 will then display the amount for credit and ask the cardholder if the amountis correct. The cardholder will select either “OK” or “CLR”.
